About Modern Music Solutions

Modern Music Solutions started as a simple idea inside of a Facebook group.

What originally began as Modern Metal Songwriter at first was a community of passionate songwriters sharing riffs, demos, ideas, and giving feedback to each other. Very quickly, we realized something important: most everyday songwriters writing from their personal home studios didn’t have access to tools that truly served their workflow. Everything either felt overly complicated, or disconnected from how modern heavy music is actually made.

So we built what we couldn’t find.

Modern Music Solutions officially launched with one goal in mind, and that was to create powerful, accessible tools designed specifically for real-world songwriters, producers, and engineers working from their own spaces. Shortly after we launched, we released our first plugin, Clairvoyant Amp Suite, and that was the moment the community became a company.

Over the years, the name evolved from Modern Metal Songwriter to Modern Music Solutions because our initial mission started to expand. While our roots are in metal and rock, our passion is helping creators of ALL genres move from idea to finished song with confidence.

At our core foundation, we are a small team that genuinely cares about the people using our tools to make better sounding songs at home.
