What DAW does this work in?

We support most major DAWS. This includes, but is not limited to Pro Tools, Cubase, Reaper, Logic Pro, Studio One, etc. If your DAW accepts AU, AAX, VST3, this plugin will work! Try out the free trial if you are unsure and would like to confirm!

Why aren't your plugins showing up in my DAW?

Check to be sure the location of your installation matches the location your DAW reads plugins from, our installers default to common locations. If the plugin still does not load, try reinstalling with a fresh download of the plugin. If you can't get it figured out, email us at support@modernmusicsolutions.com and we will personally help get you started!

How do I report a bug?

Can I transfer my plugin license or return the plugin?

At this time, re-selling licenses or returning licenses are not supported, however if you have any issues getting the software to work on your device or DAW setup, you can contact us for help and if we can not find the solution we may offer an exception to this rule.

How do I use/authorize my product license?

On initial opening of any plugin, you can enter your plugin serial code and click the button inside the text box to register. This is also visible after a trial has ended.

To register during a trial period, click the MMS logo in the top left of the plugin, and click LICENSE.

In the pop-up text box, enter your plugin serial. Some older versions of computers require you to manually type your serial number.

Will this work on my M1 Mac?

Yes! All of our plugins, and samples are supported on Apple Silicon devices, as well as Intel based Mac chips.

Will I get free updates?

YES! We have some awesome updates already in the works, as well! Our Late April update will include some awesome requested features like Standalone App, Digital EQ, Pitch-Shift (Transpose) and more: all for free! We do not have plans on follow up amps at this time, and only have plans to make Clairvoyant a staple for rock and metal songwriters.
